the 2.6 challenge

I will be taking part in the 2.6 challenge to raise much needed money for the charity DebRA

DebRA is the national charity that supports individuals and families affected by Epidermolysis Bullosa a group of genetic skin conditions that cause the skin to blister and tear at the slightest touch

My mum has suffered with EB all her life, my sister who has been campaigning for the charity for many years and my nephews also have EB.  Thankfully in my families case it is not life threatening, but for some people it is. The illness currently has no known cure. You can read more about DebRA and the vital work they do here

I will be running 2.6 miles every day for the duration of the challenge | Sun 26 April till Sun 3 May

If you can spare a few pounds please DONATE to my JustGiving page

If you are local to BUNTINGS, you can also get involved by having a cuppa tea for EB
For every cup of Good & Proper loose-leaf tea you buy, 50% of the sale will go in to my Just Giving fund
