Influenced by the new waive of California bakers, making bread using high hydration doughs (water to flour mix), long fermentation and embracing lively, fruity sourdough cultures

Organic Rye flour, buttermilk, malted rye grains, pumpkin seeds & sea salt (made with a rye starter) *naturally wheat free and lower in gluten*
Rye flour has approx. half the gluten content of wheat flour
